The position develops expertise in product data, reporting systems, fraud analytics, and operational processes, while contributing to continuous improvement and supporting the Data Analyst 3 in maintaining reporting and analytics operations.\n\nGrade: 16\n\nThe Data Analyst 2 works closely with the Data Analyst 3, who provides operational guidance, mentorship, knowledge transfer, and day-to-day prioritization of reporting and analytics activities. The role serves as the primary backup to the Data Analyst 3 and is expected to progressively develop the skills and knowledge required to assume broader responsibilities over time.\n\nThis is a hybrid role with requirements to be on site 1 day a week, providing a balance between remote flexibility and in-person collaboration. \nAbout The Role:\nSupport reporting production and reporting operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of client and internal reporting.\nDevelop and maintain SQL/Qlik queries and data extracts for reporting extracts, other reporting scripts, analytics solutions, and reporting enhancements, with guidance on complex changes, to improve operational efficiency and product insights.\nInvestigate data quality issues and operational anomalies to support reliable product performance and customer outcomes.\nSupport onboarding, product operations, and client requests to ensure successful implementation and ongoing effectiveness of DSS products.\nDevelop subject matter expertise and operational readiness to provide backup coverage and succession support for the Data Analyst 3 role.\n\nWhat You Need to Succeed:\n\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in one of the following: Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics & Related discipline;
