New employees are expected to be onsite 2 to 3 times a week during their first three months to support onboarding and collaboration\nAbout The Role:\nOwn the Lean Business Case end to end: frame the problem, size the opportunity, and build the ROI case with market sizing, unit economics, and a clear go or no go recommendation\nApply PDLC methodology across every stage, from ideation and validation to pilot and scale, and move, pivot, or stop ideas early\nPrioritize the innovation pipeline with structured tools, score honestly at quarterly prioritization, and hold the bar, including on ideas people are attached to\nLead the squad day to day, including an architect and a designer\nPrototype fast with vibe coding and AI tools to test ideas before committing spend\nRun discovery with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to validate real demand\nPresent recommendations to senior leaders and drive decisions\nBuild strong relationships with the stakeholders\n\nWhat You Need to Succeed:\n\nWhat you bring:\n2 -
