Provide business stakeholders with a deliverable that may include AI/LLM work and/or analytics (eg, dashboarding or otherwise).\n\nAnalytics Engineering (Data Platform — Hosting)\nBuild reliablePython+SQLpipelines and transformations that scale,applyingversion control and basic testing to deliver trustworthy datasets.\n\nAnalytics Engineering (AI Engineering)\nBuild and deploy internal AI-powered applications, applying software development best practices to enable other employees to get the most out of AI.\n\nAnalytics Engineering (Partner Data Ecosystem)\nSupportPartner Relationship Management (PRM) — the platformwe'rebuilding to create a single, trusted view of the agents, agencies, and distribution partners we do business with.This includesdata analysis, discovery work with business and engineering partners,and building something concrete — a dashboard, a data pipeline, or an AI-powered prototype that plugs into PRM to automateprocesses.\n\nCompliance Data Analytics\nBuild and support Power BI dashboards and SQL-based analytics, turning complex or imperfect compliance data into clear, reliable insights while improving workflows through automation and AI-enabled tools.\nStop Loss Data Analytics\nTransform structured and unstructured data into BI-ready insights using SQL, Python, and Snowflake. Model data withdbtand SQL to create reliable, high-performing data marts that support reporting and decision-making. Build dashboards and analytics that help business partners understand trends andidentifyopportunities.
