and quality standards.\nPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate campaign objectives into executable technical requirements.\nEstablish and enforce campaign governance, operating procedures, SLAs, and quality control workflows.\nOversee audience segmentation, personalization, and multi-channel journey execution.\nProvide functional and technical oversight for integrations with AEP RTCDP, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and CRM platforms.\nMonitor campaign performance and operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement and corrective actions.\nEnsure strict compliance with global data privacy regulations and email marketing best practices.\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience with Adobe Campaign v8, including campaign operations and delivery management.\nProven experience leading campaign delivery teams and managing complex workloads.\nStrong understanding of email marketing, CRM systems, and customer journey orchestration.\nAdobe Certified Expert in Adobe Campaign is highly preferred.\nProficiency in SQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS.\nExperience with integrations using APIs, batch interfaces, and SFTP.\nWorking knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products including AEP RTCDP, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.\nStrong understanding of data privacy standards such as GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication
