infrastructure solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks and tools, ensuring scalability and performance.\nDesign, implement and govern infrastructure as code and automation using tools such as Terraform, Ansible and Shell scripting.\nBuild and maintain modern CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, security controls and release automation using GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins.\nMonitor infrastructure and system performance with Datadog, proactively identifying and resolving issues, vulnerabilities and outages to reduce mean time to resolution.\nProvide L2/L3 support for infrastructure and application stacks, including incident, problem and change management aligned to ITIL processes.\nImplement secure configurations and secure coding practices, ensuring compliance with enterprise security, risk, governance and regulatory requirements.\nCollaborate with product owners, solution architects, security, platform and QA teams to deliver integrated solutions aligned with business objectives.\nMaintain runbooks, knowledge base articles and support documentation, and plan and execute OS patching cycles.\nStay current with industry technology trends and contribute to technical communities to foster engineering excellence and growth.\nSupport recruitment, onboarding and team growth initiatives while promoting clean, testable and maintainable code.\nRequirements\n4-8 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, including IaC, automation, design governance and troubleshooting.\nStrong programming skills in Python or Java, along with shell scripting.\nHands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECR, EKS, S3, CloudFormation and networking.\nSolid understanding of containers and hands-on experience with Docker, EKS and Helm charts.\nExperience with Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab, Datadog, Maven, Gradle and NPM.\nFamiliarity with API management and middleware technologies such as Apigee Edge, TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS and MQ.\nWorking knowledge of security and quality tools such as Snyk and Qualys, and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.\nExperience with blue-green and other deployment strategies, plus strong Linux and Windows operating system knowledge.\nGood understanding of authentication, authorization, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect, with experience designing APIs and
