timely and accurate completion\nTriage and resolve production incidents, performing root cause analysis and documenting outcomes\nDevelop and maintain Python scripts to automate operational tasks and improve batch reliability\nAnalyse application and system logs to identify failures, bottlenecks and recurring issues\nQuery and validate data using SQL to support troubleshooting and reconciliation activities\nCoordinate release and deployment activities, ensuring operational readiness and rollback preparedness\nParticipate in shift rotations and on-call support, responding to alerts within defined service levels\nCommunicate incident status and resolution progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership\nMaintain operational runbooks and contribute to continuous process improvement\nRequirements\n5 to 8 years of experience in production operations, batch processing or application support\nStrong proficiency in Python scripting for automation and operational tooling\nHands-on experience with batch scheduling and monitoring tools\nProven incident triage and troubleshooting skills in production environments\nSolid working knowledge of SQL and log analysis techniques\nExperience with release operations and deployment coordination\nFamiliarity with global market and regulatory risk concepts is an advantage\nDemonstrated operational discipline, with
