detailed, testable functional and technical requirements\nConduct structured analysis of business processes, applications, data flows and system integrations to identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities\nCreate process flows, data flow diagrams, use cases and functional specifications to support solution design and delivery\nWrite epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria covering business outcomes, validations, exception scenarios and non-functional considerations\nEnsure end-to-end traceability between business objectives, requirements, design, development stories, test scenarios and delivered functionality\nPartner with stakeholders, developers, QA and data specialists to evaluate solution options and support informed technology decisions\nSupport production implementation, validation and post-release activities, including resolution of production issues and end-user inquiries\nMonitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones\nCommunicate complex business and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders\nContribute to continuous improvement of analysis practices, documentation standards and reusable assets\nRequirements\n4 to 8 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis\nStrong experience in requirements analysis, business process analysis and functional specifications\nHands-on exposure to SQL and Databricks\nExperience writing user stories and acceptance criteria within Agile/Scrum methodology\nAbility to create process and data flow diagrams and other analysis artifacts\nSolid understanding of technology landscapes, system integrations and data flows\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior
