The role will focus on modern C++ development, low-latency and multithreaded programming, performance optimization, and building reliable software components for complex financial applications.\n\nThe ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Modern C++, object-oriented design, multithreading, data structures, performance engineering, and software development practices, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications and software components using Modern C++.\n\n- Develop scalable and reliable solutions for financial systems and enterprise applications.\n\n- Implement multi-threaded and concurrent applications with strong focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.\n\n- Analyze system and application performance and identify opportunities for optimization.\n\n- Design efficient algorithms and data structures for high-throughput and low-latency processing.\n\n- Participate in software architecture and technical design discussions and contribute to scalable solution design.\n\n- Develop clean, modular, reusable, and maintainable code following established engineering standards.\n\n- Perform code reviews and contribute to coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex application, performance, concurrency, and production issues and drive root-cause analysis.\n\n- Develop unit and integration tests and ensure adequate test coverage and software quality.\n\n- Work closely with architects, product teams, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams throughout the SDLC.\n\n- Support application releases, deployments, production monitoring, and post-production issue resolution.\n\n- Contribute to continuous improvement of application performance, stability, maintainability, and development processes.\n\n- Prepare technical documentation and communicate design decisions and implementation details to stakeholders.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- 7 - 10 years of experience in C++ software development.\n\n- Strong hands-on expertise in Modern C++ and object-oriented programming.\n\n- Strong understanding of STL, templates, smart pointers, memory management, exception handling, and RAII.\n\n- Hands-on experience with multithreading, concurrency, synchronization, and parallel programming.\n\n- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.\n\n- Experience developing high-performance and scalable software applications.\n\n- Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modular application design.\n\n- Experience with debugging, profiling, performance analysis, and optimization of C++ applications.\n\n- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix environments and build/debugging tools is preferred.\n\n- Experience with Git, build systems, testing, and software development lifecycle practices.\n\n- Exposure to financial systems, banking, capital markets, trading, payments, or other high-volume transaction platforms is preferred.\n\n- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Good communication and collaboration skills.\n\n- Ability to work independently on complex technical problems and take end-to-end ownership of deliverables.\nSkills\nC++, Multithreading, Data Structure, Algorithm, STL, Concurrency Patterns, OOPS, Memory Management, Design Patterns, Backend Architecture","description_format":"text","description_chars":3576,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":7,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-25T13:06:44Z"}],"liveness":{"score":52,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.516,"p_room":1,"age_days":1,"expected_fill_days":48,"reasons":["seen:1","agency","win:early","comp:brand"],"computed_at":"2026-09-26T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/symphoni-hr-c-developer","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/symphoni-hr-c-developer.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-27T02:58:33Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":2721,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":2279,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-09-28T00:00:00Z"}}}
