C#.NET Technical Lead / Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead / Architect to spearhead the engineering function for a critical Kubernetes-based data visualization and process observability platform. You will own the technical architecture, drive engineering delivery, and lead the transition of platform ownership to our team in Hyderabad. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance the evolution of stable production capabilities with modern software design principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across frontend, backend, platform, data, and integration boundaries.
• Own technical design, architecture decisions, and implementation approaches for scalable, modular software solutions.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of complex production and integration issues using telemetry, logs, and code analysis.
• Mentor engineering teams and establish modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams to ensure operational readiness and high-quality delivery.
• Drive the progressive transition of platform knowledge and ownership to the local engineering team.
• Ensure strong code quality, maintainability, and adherence to security standards across the software supply chain.
• Communicate technical risks, dependencies, and delivery status to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 12-16 years of professional experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Strong experience with Angular, TypeScript, and modern frontend development.
• Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and REST API design.
• Proven expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for application deployment.
• Solid experience with SQL/PostgreSQL and data-intensive application architectures.
• Strong background in production troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and observability tools.
• Prior experience in the semiconductor domain is highly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a Work From Office environment in Hyderabad.
