Our client operates at significant global scale across complex aviation and infrastructure programmes, with a strong focus on commercial rigour, collaboration and professional growth.\nResponsibilities\nLead contract administration across FIDIC-based EPC, design-build and lump-sum/item-rate contracts for aviation projects\nManage the commercial lifecycle of contracts, including tender evaluation, negotiation and award\nAssess change requests and variations, and manage change management processes with clear commercial impact analysis\nEvaluate Extension of Time (EOT) claims and undertake delay analysis in coordination with project controls\nPrepare, defend and manage contractual claims and support resolution of commercial disputes\nIdentify, quantify and mitigate commercial risks across the contract portfolio\nCoordinate procurement activities and provide commercial input on subcontractor and supplier agreements\nProduce regular commercial reporting for senior leadership and project stakeholders\nSupport PMC functions in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and commercial governance\nRequirements\nProven experience in contract administration and commercial management on large infrastructure or aviation projects\nStrong working knowledge of FIDIC, EPC, design-build and item-rate/lump-sum contract forms\nDemonstrated expertise in claims management, variation assessment and EOT evaluation\nExperience in dispute resolution and contract negotiation\nSolid understanding of commercial risk management and project controls\nExperience with delay analysis methodologies and commercial reporting\nDegree in Engineering, Commercial, Law or a related discipline;
