Creative Graphics Designer

We are seeking a talented Creative Graphics Designer to join our team in Mumbai. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for developing compelling visual assets and design concepts that enhance user experiences and support marketing initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all creative outputs align with brand standards and project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts and visual assets that align with project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to execute creative projects effectively.
• Design and produce compelling graphics for digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
• Ensure consistency with brand identity and design standards across all deliverables.
• Stay current on creative design trends, tools, and best practices to improve project outcomes.
• Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Provide design support for marketing, campaigns, and promotional initiatives to enhance audience engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Human-Computer Interaction.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design principles.
• Experience applying Design Thinking and Inclusive Design methodologies.
• Knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) strategies.
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
