Its culture emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning and delivering measurable business outcomes at scale.\nResponsibilities\nPartner with senior stakeholders and business leaders across Fortune 100 BFSI organizations, including Marketing, Customer Experience, Digital, Risk and Strategy functions.\nLead discovery workshops to understand business objectives, challenges and opportunities with client and internal stakeholders.\nAct as a trusted advisor, translating business problems into scalable analytics, AI/ML and data-driven solutions.\nDrive adoption of AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities by defining solution architectures aligned with client objectives and enterprise strategies.\nLead large-scale analytics engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery, stakeholder management and measurable business outcomes.\nMentor and guide cross-functional teams comprising data scientists, analysts, data engineers and consultants.\nCollaborate with technology and data engineering teams to build scalable data products and analytics platforms.\nPresent strategic recommendations and executive-level insights to business leaders and C-suite stakeholders.\nStay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices within BFSI, analytics and AI ecosystems.\nRequirements\n11-15 years of experience in Analytics, Data Science or Consulting.\nMandatory BFSI domain experience across Banking, Financial Services, FinTech or Insurance;
