The organization is known for a culture of innovation, scale and continuous modernization of its technology platforms.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and develop scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL and Databricks.\nBuild and optimize data models for analytics and reporting.\nDevelop Power BI semantic models, datasets, dashboards and executive reporting solutions.\nImplement AI and machine learning solutions to enhance business insights and decision-making.\nWork with Azure AI/OpenAI services to build intelligent analytics capabilities.\nSupport migration from legacy BI platforms to Power BI.\nCollaborate with business teams to define KPIs, metrics and reporting requirements.\nEnsure data quality, governance, lineage and compliance standards are met.\nOptimize performance of large-scale reporting and analytical workloads.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to solution architecture discussions.\nRequirements\n8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering or AI Engineering.\nStrong hands-on experience with Python and SQL.\nExperience developing solutions in Databricks using PySpark.\nStrong experience with Power BI, DAX and semantic modeling.\nExperience building ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud data platforms.\nUnderstanding of Machine Learning and AI concepts.\nExperience with Azure cloud services.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nGraduate in Computer Science, Data Science or a related discipline.
