The organisation fosters a collaborative, innovation-driven culture that values continuous learning and technical excellence.\nResponsibilities\nLead end-to-end cloud migrations from on-premises and AWS environments to Azure across discovery, planning, design, execution and cut-over phases.\nDesign and troubleshoot Azure compute, networking and identity solutions including VMs, VMSS, App Service Plans, Container Apps, VNets, Private Endpoints, firewalls, DNS, NSGs and load balancers.\nBuild and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and manage Azure landing zones and governance policies.\nDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, including build and release processes.\nSet up and operate observability platforms such as Prometheus and Grafana on AKS, along with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics and KQL dashboards and alerts.\nImplement authentication and authorization controls using Entra ID, App Registrations, RBAC and Key Vault.\nAutomate operational tasks through scripting in PowerShell, Bash or Python while maintaining code quality and documentation standards.\nMentor and lead a team of junior engineers, reviewing their work and guiding technical growth.\nRequirements\n9 to 12 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering or infrastructure roles.\nHands-on experience migrating workloads to Azure from on-premises or AWS environments.\nStrong knowledge of Azure networking, compute and identity services, including Entra ID / Azure AD.\nExpertise in Docker, Kubernetes and container or serverless infrastructure.\nProficiency with Terraform for infrastructure as code and Azure CLI.\nExperience building CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.\nSolid scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash or Python.\nExperience with observability tooling including Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics and KQL.\nPrior experience leading or mentoring a team of engineers;
