DevSecOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on building and maintaining robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure. You will play a critical role in automating deployment pipelines, enhancing system reliability, and integrating security best practices into the software development lifecycle. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru / Hyderabad, offering the opportunity to work on complex, large-scale financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform to ensure consistent and repeatable deployments.
• Configure and manage monitoring and logging solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch.
• Automate configuration management and system administration tasks using Puppet, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate security controls into the DevOps workflow.
• Optimize deployment processes using GitOps methodologies with ArgoCD.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application performance issues in a Unix environment.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of professional experience in DevOps or DevSecOps engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools, specifically Terraform.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Java, and Bash.
• Solid understanding of monitoring and observability stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Puppet and proficiency in Unix and PowerShell.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
