Its culture emphasizes innovation, engineering excellence and continuous modernization of its platforms.\nResponsibilities\nLead, grow and scale high-performing engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale platforms.\nDefine and own technology strategy and architecture across cloud-native and distributed systems.\nDrive large-scale transformation and modernization programs across core banking and financial platforms.\nLead cloud transformation initiatives with a strong focus on DevOps, platform engineering and Kubernetes/Docker.\nEstablish secure API and identity architecture, including OAuth2, OpenID Connect and Zero Trust frameworks.\nPartner with senior business and technology stakeholders to plan, prioritize and communicate engineering roadmaps.\nEnsure engineering practices meet regulatory, security and resilience requirements in a financial services environment.\nMentor and develop engineering leaders and foster a culture of ownership and technical excellence.\nRequirements\n14+ years of overall experience in software engineering and technology leadership.\nProven track record of leading and scaling high-performing engineering organizations.\nStrong expertise in enterprise-scale platforms, APIs, cloud-native solutions and distributed systems.\nHands-on experience with Corporate Banking, Payments, Liquidity Management or Core Banking platforms.\nSolid knowledge of DevOps, platform engineering, Kubernetes/Docker and cloud transformation.\nUnderstanding of API security, identity management and enterprise security frameworks (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Zero Trust).\nStrong stakeholder management and strategic planning capabilities.\nExperience working in regulated financial services environments;
