It fosters a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous learning across its technology teams.\nResponsibilities\nOwn end-to-end delivery across multiple feature teams, ensuring outcomes align with business objectives, OKRs and strategic priorities.\nGovern engineering metrics including velocity, predictability, quality, deployment frequency and operational stability.\nManage delivery risks, dependencies, technical debt, incidents and production support.\nProvide technical leadership across front-end, back-end, API, integration and cloud technologies, and drive architecture reviews for scalable, resilient and secure solutions.\nEstablish and govern engineering standards across design, development, testing, DevOps, security and reliability engineering.\nDrive adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices, leveraging tools such as Copilot, Claude and enterprise AI platforms to improve productivity.\nLead and develop Engineering Managers, Software Engineers, QA Engineers and Scrum Masters, including talent development, succession planning and coaching.\nCollaborate with business partners, product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nPromote reusable platforms, frameworks and metrics-driven continuous improvement.\nRequirements\n15 to 22 years of experience in software engineering, with proven experience leading multiple engineering teams and managers.\nStrong track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes and driving engineering strategy and organisational change.\nExpertise in Java, Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.\nHands-on experience with Angular, React and modern front-end frameworks.\nExperience with API-led and event-driven architecture and AWS cloud platforms.\nWorking knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, SRE and Observability, and secure and resilient software engineering practices.\nStrong capabilities in risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology.\nExcellent leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills.\nSkills\nJava, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, Angular, React, API-led and event-driven architecture, AWS cloud platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, SRE and Observability, Copilot, Claude and enterprise AI platforms for AI-enabled engineering, Secure and resilient
