degree in Engineering or a related field.\nExtensive experience in maintenance engineering and capital project management within a process manufacturing environment.\nProven expertise in BOPET/BOPP film extrusion processes.\nStrong proficiency in TPM methodologies and SAP PM/MM modules.\nDemonstrated success in implementing automation, robotics, and IoT solutions.\nPMP Certification is highly preferred.\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a work-from-office environment.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on
