with shop-floor personnel to map workflows and critical decision-making scenarios.\nTranslate operational requirements into information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for desktop, tablet, and industrial displays.\nApply human-factors engineering to ensure alarm prioritization, accessibility, and glanceability in safety-sensitive environments.\nDevelop and maintain reusable design systems and component libraries.\nCollaborate within cross-functional teams alongside data, AI, and application engineers to ensure design feasibility.\nFacilitate usability testing and synthesize feedback to drive iterative improvements and measure user adoption.\nCommunicate technical design rationale clearly to stakeholders and project teams.\nRequirements\n4-7 years of professional experience in UX, product design, or HMI design with a strong portfolio of enterprise or industrial projects.\nExpertise in Figma, responsive design, and creating detailed design specifications for engineering handoff.\nProven ability to design complex, role-based dashboards and operational workflows.\nStrong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.\nFamiliarity with industrial HMI conventions, shop-floor ergonomics, and alarm management standards.\nKnowledge of MES, Digital Twin, maintenance, or control-room applications is highly preferred.\nBasic proficiency in
