efficiency.\nBuild and maintain dashboards, automated alerts, and AI-assisted investigation tools.\nServe as the primary escalation point for high-severity incidents and lead root-cause analysis.\nApply knowledge of counterparty credit risk concepts to interpret monitoring alerts and data quality issues.\nManage work allocation, quality reviews, and cross-training for the team.\nMaintain comprehensive SOPs, runbooks, and control evidence for governance purposes.\nRequirements\n8-10 years of experience in technology operations or production support.\nAt least 3-4 years of specific experience in AI Ops, MLOps, or AIOps-adjacent roles.\nDemonstrated experience monitoring AI/ML models in a production environment.\nHands-on proficiency with AI Ops and observability tooling.\nSolid understanding of Counterparty Credit Risk concepts such as EPE/PFE, limits, and collateral.\nProven experience in team leadership and people management.\nStrong stakeholder management
