software solutions using modern programming languages, frameworks and tools\nCollaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to define requirements, devise solution strategies and ensure seamless integration\nLead code reviews and promote a culture of code quality, knowledge sharing and technical excellence\nApply secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data\nImplement effective unit testing practices to ensure code reliability, readability and proper design\nStay current with industry technology trends and contribute to internal technology communities\nLead multiple Agile engineering teams, planning resources and guiding technical direction\nAdvise senior stakeholders on cross-functional impact and manage risk through strong controls and governance\nRequirements\nStrong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices and REST APIs\nExperience with React or Angular and modern UI frameworks\nIn-depth understanding of Kubernetes, OpenShift or similar container platforms\nDemonstrated ability to lead multiple Agile engineering teams\nStrong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills\nExperience with
