automated, manual, functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, performance, resilience and UAT testing.\nEstablish quality standards, controls and reporting mechanisms to ensure release readiness and risk visibility.\nLead the design, development and maintenance of test automation frameworks across API, integration and UI layers.\nIntegrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and promote quality engineering best practices.\nEvaluate and leverage AI-assisted testing tools to improve coverage, defect detection and productivity.\nCreate and manage test plans, test cases, scenarios and execution schedules.\nManage the defect lifecycle, ensuring issues are logged, prioritised, tracked and resolved.\nProvide quality reporting and release sign-off recommendations, highlighting risks and outstanding defects.\nCollaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Business Analysts and Operations teams to improve product quality and testability.\nRequirements\nStrong background in software testing, quality engineering and test automation.\nAbility to define and implement test strategies across platforms.\nExperience with test automation, API testing and CI/CD practices.\nExperience with Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines and modern quality engineering tooling.\nAgile delivery experience.\nTypically 8-12 years of relevant experience.\nDesirable: banking, payments or transaction-processing experience.\nDesirable: hands-on experience with Playwright, xUnit/NUnit, C#/.NET, TypeScript, REST and SOAP services, SQL, NoSQL or Cosmos DB.\nDesirable: experience with AI-assisted testing tools and performance testing tools such as K6 or JMeter.\nDesirable: ISTQB or ISEB certification.\nSkills\nSoftware testing, Quality engineering, Test automation, API testing, CI/CD practices, Azure
