develop and deliver high-quality Android applications using Kotlin and modern frameworks, ensuring scalability, maintainability and performance.\nCollaborate with product managers, UX designers, solution architects and other engineers to define requirements and deliver seamless, business-aligned solutions.\nParticipate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality, knowledge sharing and technical excellence within the team.\nApply secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with enterprise security and regulatory requirements.\nImplement effective unit and automated testing to ensure code reliability, readability and sound design.\nBuild and improve CI/CD pipelines, release automation and Android App Bundle and procedure development in support of governance.\nStay current with industry trends in mobile technology and contribute to internal technology communities.\nCommunicate complex technical information clearly to stakeholders and influence outcomes across teams.\nRequirements\n8-15 years of professional experience in Android software development.\nExpert knowledge of Kotlin with experience supporting legacy Java codebases.\nHands-on experience with Android SDK, Android Studio and Jetpack components, including Jetpack Compose and Navigation.\nExperience with architectural patterns such as MVVM or MVP, Kotlin Coroutines and Flows, and Dependency Injection (Hilt / Dagger).\nStrong understanding of Android lifecycle management, state handling, notifications and permissions, plus networking with Retrofit and OkHttp.\nWorking knowledge of Gradle, modularisation strategies and build optimisation, along with automated testing using JUnit, Mockito/MockK and Compose UI Testing.\nExperience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Snyk), GitFlow or Trunk-Based Development, and monitoring tools such as Datadog or Firebase.\nProven ability to lead teams,
