The organisation is expanding its cloud and data engineering capabilities across India.\nResponsibilities\nInstall, configure, tune and maintain Neo4j database platforms for performance and reliability.\nPlan, execute and validate Neo4j migrations from on-premises to AWS with minimal downtime and post-migration support.\nDeploy and manage Neo4j on AWS infrastructure including EC2, EKS, S3, VPC and IAM.\nManage backup, recovery, monitoring, log management and health dashboards to ensure high availability.\nPerform capacity planning and preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot platform issues as they arise.\nDeliver Proofs of Concept and build automation using scripting or programming to streamline operations.\nRequirements\n8+ years of relevant experience, with strong Neo4j platform administration covering installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup, recovery and troubleshooting.\nHands-on experience migrating Neo4j databases from on-premises environments to AWS.\nProficiency with AWS services including EC2, EKS, S3, VPC and IAM.\nSolid understanding of networking concepts such as firewall configuration, network security, access controls and connectivity troubleshooting.\nExperience with platform monitoring and preventive maintenance practices.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide technical updates and manage expectations.\nNice to have: scripting or programming experience for operational automation and experience delivering PoCs for database or cloud initiatives.\nA bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\nSkills\nNeo4j platform administration, Neo4j performance tuning, Neo4j
