The firm is investing heavily in digital transformation of its post-trade operations.\nResponsibilities\nOversee end-to-end securities settlement processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of trades\nMonitor and resolve settlement fails, breaks and exceptions across custodian and CSD platforms\nDrive Straight Through Processing (STP) initiatives to reduce manual intervention and operational risk\nImplement and maintain risk management and control frameworks in line with regulatory requirements\nLead and contribute to digital transformation and settlement automation projects\nAnalyse settlement data using analytics and visualization tools to identify trends and improvement opportunities\nCollaborate with technology teams on API integrations and settlement system enhancements\nEngage with market participants, custodians and industry bodies to maintain strong market relationships\nEnsure adherence to industry standards and regulatory reporting obligations\nRequirements\n7-10 years of experience in securities settlements or post-trade operations\nStrong understanding of market infrastructure and settlement systems and platforms\nHands-on knowledge of custodian and CSD platforms\nSolid grasp of risk management, control frameworks and regulatory requirements\nExperience with STP and settlement automation tools\nFamiliarity with DLT and blockchain applications in settlements is a plus\nExposure to AI/ML implementation, data analytics and visualization\nWorking knowledge of APIs, integration and basic programming concepts\nExperience delivering transformation projects and an established industry network\nSkills\nSecurities settlement processes, Market infrastructure knowledge, Risk management and control framework, Regulatory requirements and industry standards, Settlement systems and platforms expertise, Straight Through Processing (STP), Knowledge of custodian and CSD platforms, Knowledge of DLT and blockchain in
