platforms, and external vendors.\nFacilitate Steering Committee meetings and provide executive-level reporting.\nDevelop and execute change management strategies to ensure business readiness and stakeholder adoption.\nStandardize reporting routines and leverage automation tools to improve delivery efficiency.\nBridge the gap between business requirements, technology deliverables, and operational outcomes.\nRequirements\n4-7 years of experience in programme and project management within the Banking and Financial Services domain.\nMandatory certification: PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, PgMP, or an equivalent industry-recognized qualification.\nProficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Smartsheet, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, and Planview.\nExperience with Responsible AI tools and data-driven delivery methodologies.\nStrong understanding of banking operations, including Retail, Commercial, Custodian, and Core Banking.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and
