The culture emphasises collaboration, continuous improvement and engineering rigour.\nResponsibilities\nLead the response to production incidents, coordinating triage, mitigation and communication until service is restored.\nPerform root-cause analysis on outages and recurring defects, and drive corrective and preventive actions.\nTroubleshoot application issues across the stack using logs, metrics, traces and database queries.\nDesign, build and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerting to detect anomalies early.\nDevelop Python-based automation to reduce manual operational work and improve system reliability.\nAnalyse application performance, identify bottlenecks and recommend optimisations.\nApply DevOps and SRE practices such as runbooks, SLOs, capacity planning and post-incident reviews.\nPartner with development, infrastructure and risk teams to improve stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in production support, SRE, DevOps or application engineering roles.\nStrong proficiency in Python is mandatory.\nProven experience in production incident management and root-cause analysis.\nSolid skills in application troubleshooting and system monitoring.\nWorking knowledge of SQL for data investigation and analysis.\nHands-on experience with observability tools and performance analysis techniques.\nFamiliarity with automation and DevOps/SRE practices.\nUnderstanding of global markets and regulatory risk concepts is an advantage.\nSkills\nPython, Production incident management,
