construction activities and manage work fronts to meet programme and quality requirements\nMonitor project progress, prepare regular status reports and communicate updates to project leadership\nCoordinate testing, commissioning and handover activities for aviation infrastructure elements\nMonitor quality assurance and compliance with ICAO, DGCA and applicable aviation construction standards\nLiaise with multidisciplinary teams, contractors and stakeholders to resolve site issues promptly\nIdentify technical risks at an early stage and propose practical mitigation measures\nReview drawings and site records using AutoCAD and Civil 3D and ensure execution matches approved designs\nMaintain accurate documentation, inspection records and MS Office-based project reports\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline\nProven experience in construction supervision and site execution, preferably on aviation or large infrastructure projects\nWorking knowledge of ICAO, DGCA and aviation construction standards\nExperience with progress monitoring, reporting and testing, commissioning and handover processes\nProficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MS Office\nStrong skills in quality assurance, compliance monitoring and technical problem solving\nEffective communication and stakeholder management
