The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, with responsibility for requirements, project delivery, process improvement, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.\n\nThe ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of wealth management processes and financial services, combined with proven experience in project management, business analysis, and delivering complex initiatives in a global financial-services environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic wealth management projects from initiation and planning through implementation and closure.\n\n- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional and delivery requirements.\n\n- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, product teams, operations, and external partners.\n\n- Develop project plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, and delivery timelines.\n\n- Manage project scope, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.\n\n- Drive process analysis and improvement initiatives across wealth management operations and business processes.\n\n- Work with stakeholders to identify business gaps, define target-state processes, and develop practical improvement solutions.\n\n- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, solution reviews, governance forums, and stakeholder meetings.\n\n- Coordinate with technology and delivery teams to ensure requirements are appropriately translated into functional solutions.\n\n- Track project progress, milestones, KPIs, budgets, dependencies, and overall delivery health.\n\n- Prepare management dashboards, status reports, RAID logs, and executive-level project updates.\n\n- Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution and proactively escalate critical dependencies and decisions.\n\n- Coordinate testing, UAT, implementation, release, and post-production stabilization activities.\n\n- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, timelines, and governance requirements.\n\n- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior business and technology leaders.\n\n- Support strategic planning, prioritization, and portfolio-level initiatives within the wealth management function.\n\n- Drive continuous improvement in project governance, delivery processes, and operational efficiency.\n\n- Ensure adherence to applicable financial-services, risk, compliance, and governance requirements.\n\n- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior Business Analysts and project team members where required.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- 12 - 18 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Transformation, Change Management, or related financial-services roles.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, or related financial-services domains.\n\n- Proven experience managing end-to-end projects and strategic transformation initiatives.\n\n- Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, functional documentation, and stakeholder workshops.\n\n- Strong project management skills covering planning, scheduling, scope, budget, risk, issue, dependency, and change management.\n\n- Good understanding of wealth management products, processes, operations, and client/service journeys.\n\n- Experience working with business, technology, operations, product, risk, compliance, and vendor teams.\n\n- Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior leadership and global stakeholders.\n\n- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.\n\n- Strong understanding of SDLC, testing, UAT, implementation, release, and production support processes.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic-thinking capabilities.\n\n- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and documentation skills.\n\n- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex initiatives in a fast-paced global financial-services environment.\n\n- Strong understanding of risk, governance, controls, and regulatory considerations within financial services.\n\nGood to Have:\n\n- Experience with wealth management platforms, portfolio management, advisory, client onboarding, or investment products.\n\n- Experience working with global financial institutions and geographically distributed teams.\n\n- Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI, or equivalent project and reporting platforms.\n\n- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or relevant Business Analysis
