The culture emphasises collaboration, continuous learning and delivering measurable business outcomes for clients.\nResponsibilities\nLead end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and other Salesforce platforms\nGather business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical architectures\nDesign and implement integrations with CRM, enterprise systems and third-party applications using REST APIs, Connected Apps and middleware\nDevelop and optimise Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components and Aura Framework components while adhering to best practices and governor limits\nLead code reviews, mentor Salesforce developers and ensure quality and code coverage standards are met\nDrive SIT/UAT activities and support go-live and hypercare phases\nFacilitate agile sprint cycles, including user story development and backlog management\nEngage clients to scope requirements, propose solutions and contribute to pre-sales activities\nRequirements\n8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and solution delivery experience\n3+ years in a lead or senior technical role with proven leadership of complex Salesforce projects\nStrong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura Framework, SOQL and SOSL\nExperience with integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, Connected Apps and Named Credentials\nHands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder and Data Loader\nExperience with SFDX, ANT, Git, GitHub and CI/CD pipelines\nWorking knowledge of Agile methodologies and Experience Cloud implementations\nSalesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, App Builder or Application Architect are preferred\nSkills\nSalesforce, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL,
