RAG reviews, and delivery governance meetings.\nTrack delivery milestones, risks, dependencies, and actions through safeguarding checklists and risk registers.\nManage the end-to-end onboarding process for SAP consultants, including documentation, system access, and deployment readiness.\nCollaborate with L1, L2, SME, Basis, and Security teams to ensure alignment on delivery requirements.\nPrepare comprehensive weekly reports on SAP delivery, onboarding status, and safeguarding metrics for management.\nMaintain internal communication channels, distribution lists, and project documentation.\nFacilitate customer deep-dive sessions and manage stakeholder communications.\nMonitor and ensure timely closure of customer security, compliance, and access requirements.\nSupport the Account Service Manager by tracking progress against milestones and flagging potential risks or delays.\nRequirements\n4 to 5 years of total professional experience, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in SAP environments.\nEducational background in B.Com, BBA, BBM-IB, or Engineering/B.Tech plus an MBA.\nStrong proficiency in Excel and dashboard preparation for reporting purposes.\nProven experience in service delivery, stakeholder management, and customer governance.\nFamiliarity with SAP support environments and L1/L2/SME delivery models.\nUnderstanding of security and compliance processes within IT service delivery.\nExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility to work flexible shifts to support onsite customer
