while maintaining detailed project plans and RAID logs.\nAct as the primary delivery point of contact for senior client stakeholders and conduct regular project governance and steering committee meetings.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams including solution architects, developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure successful project delivery.\nManage product configuration, business rules, workflows, data migration, and testing activities for core insurance platforms.\nIdentify project risks, issues, and dependencies, driving timely resolution to ensure projects remain within scope, budget, and quality parameters.\nRequirements\n15-18 years of overall experience in IT and Insurance Technology.\nMinimum 5+ years of dedicated project management experience in insurance technology implementations.\nStrong domain expertise in General Insurance and the end-to-end P&C policy lifecycle.\nProven experience in implementing or integrating Core Policy Administration Systems such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Sapiens, Majesco, or TIA.\nSolid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project governance frameworks.\nExperience with system integration, API-based architecture, data migration, and cloud platforms.\nStrong client-facing skills with the ability to manage distributed, cross-functional teams.\nProfessional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master are highly
