implementation of new and existing ServiceNow portfolios using App Engine.\nDesign and maintain custom applications, workflows, and UI/UX components using ServiceNow Studio, Service Portal, and Flow Designer.\nDevelop robust integrations with external systems utilizing REST, SOAP, and ServiceNow APIs.\nAutomate routine tasks and manage data flows between ServiceNow and third-party systems.\nCollaborate with business process owners to gather requirements and provide technical solutions for ITSM, Asset Management, and Workplace Service Delivery.\nManage escalated technical situations and work effectively within global, cross-functional teams.\nRequirements\n6 to 8 years of hands-on technical experience in ServiceNow development and custom/scoped application building.\nDeep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, Incident Management lifecycles, and web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.\nProven ability to configure workflows, alerts, and role assignments while managing complex system integrations.\nStrong experience with SDLC models, including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MCA, BE, or equivalent technical field.\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant platform certifications are highly preferred.\nProficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Excel,
