expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including CSDM model, platform upgrades, and security models.\nProven ability to manage API integrations and complex data models.\nActive CSA and CAD certifications with the ability to lead functionality development independently.\nExperience with the CSM module in a Financial Services Operations (FSO) context.\nProficiency in working with AI models and modern development tools such as GitLab Duo and Claude Code.\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and coach team members.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information for diverse
