They are known for building enterprise technology solutions and for a culture that values operational excellence, employee wellbeing and sustainable workplaces.\nResponsibilities\nLead end-to-end integrated facilities management for a corporate office portfolio exceeding 100,000 sq. ft. in Bengaluru\nEnsure safe, compliant and efficient delivery of engineering, workplace, security, transport, food services and administration\nManage facility infrastructure, preventive maintenance and critical building systems to maximize operational uptime\nLead vendor governance, contract management and SLA/KPI performance reviews\nDrive statutory compliance, EHS programs, audit readiness and business continuity planning\nManage office fit-outs, renovations, relocations and workplace transformation initiatives\nIdentify opportunities for cost optimization, sustainability and operational efficiency\nBuild strong partnerships with business leaders, employees, landlords and service providers\nLead and develop the site facilities team while fostering a customer-centric culture\nPrepare operational reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in engineering or Facilities Management\n12-15 years of facilities management experience, preferably in IT/ITES\nExperience managing corporate facilities exceeding 100,000 sq. ft.\nStrong knowledge of engineering systems, vendor management, statutory compliance and EHS\nExperience leading capital projects, fit-outs and renovations\nProven track record in stakeholder management and operational excellence\nUnderstanding of business continuity planning and audit readiness\nAbility to work onsite five days a week in Bengaluru\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in engineering or Facilities Management 12-15 years of facilities management experience, preferably in IT/ITES Experience managing corporate facilities exceeding 100,000 sq. ft.
