The team works at scale on platforms that support trading and risk operations around the clock.\nResponsibilities\nManage and evolve Linux-based infrastructure to ensure high availability and resilience across environments.\nDesign, implement and maintain monitoring and alerting to detect issues early and reduce mean time to detect.\nLead incident response, drive root cause analysis and implement durable preventive fixes.\nBuild automation using Python or shell scripting to eliminate manual operational toil.\nDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support safe, repeatable releases.\nPerform capacity planning and resilience engineering to meet performance and recovery targets.\nPartner with risk and compliance stakeholders to support reporting and controls tied to regulatory requirements such as FRTB, CCAR, CCR and VaR.\nRequirements\nProven experience in site reliability engineering or production operations.\nStrong working knowledge of Linux systems and infrastructure management.\nHands-on experience with monitoring, alerting and incident response in production.\nProficiency in Python or shell scripting for automation.\nExperience with CI/CD tooling and deployment practices.\nDemonstrated reliability ownership and evidence of automation delivering measurable improvements.\nMature production support practices, including on-call and post-incident review.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\nSkills\nLinux systems and infrastructure management, Site
