including hands-on coding and code reviews\nDefine and implement engineering standards, patterns and development best practices across the team\nDrive adoption of modern CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, security controls and release automation\nProvide technical leadership on PING ID, Java, JavaScript, APIs, Docker, Google Cloud and secure coding\nMentor and coach engineers through feedback, performance management and development planning\nCollaborate with product owners, solution architects, security, platform and QA teams to deliver integrated solutions\nEnsure solutions comply with enterprise security, risk, governance and regulatory requirements\nChampion DevSecOps, observability and reliability engineering practices\nBalance technical quality and operational stability with authorization and identity management, including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect\nExperience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, integration contracts and domain models\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing\nAbility to use AI engineering tools to accelerate development while applying sound engineering judgement\nStrong communication, stakeholder management and people
