improvement.\nResponsibilities\nLead business analysis and program governance for Fixed Income Middle Office change initiatives\nMap, document and optimise Fixed Income trade lifecycle and middle office and operations processes\nValidate trade flows with Middle Office and Operations teams and resolve gaps\nManage clearing, collateral and margin process requirements within change programs\nTrack internal and external legal agreements and ensure documentation remains current\nCoordinate end-to-end testing cycles and test management activities\nPrepare board-level reports, RAG status updates and executive dashboards using JIRA, Excel and PowerPoint\nEngage and manage stakeholders across multiple regions to align priorities and delivery timelines\nRequirements\n8-10 years of experience in Fixed Income middle office, operations or technology\nStrong understanding of Fixed Income products and the trade lifecycle\nWorking knowledge of clearing models, collateral and margin processes\nExperience with regulatory change programs and NGFP / ACM booking models\nProven program governance, reporting and stakeholder management skills across regions\nProficiency in JIRA, MS Excel and PowerPoint, and process mapping tools\nExperience with test management for end-to-end testing cycles\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior
