Based in Singapore, your primary mandate will be to hunt for new logos and aggressively expand our footprint within historically under-penetrated accounts.\nThis is a pure growth role for a sales professional who thrives on the thrill of the chase, possesses deep domain expertise, and knows how to navigate complex, enterprise-level.\nResponsibilities:\nNew Business Hunting & Logo Acquisition\nOwn and execute a strategic territory plan to identify, qualify, and close high-value new logos across APAC\nRun the entire sales cycle from cold outreach and initial discovery to technical demonstration, negotiation, and contract execution.\nArticulate the complex security, compliance, and workflow value propositions of Symphony’s messaging platform to C-suite and senior stakeholders.\nAccount Penetration & Expansion\nIdentify existing, under-penetrated accounts and strategically map out divisions, subsidiaries, or regions to scale them into large-scale, enterprise agreements.\nPartner with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure initial deployments are leveraged for massive cross-departmental expansion.\nPipeline & Ecosystem Management\nMaintain a highly accurate and active sales pipeline within CRM, consistently forecasting monthly and quarterly revenue targets.\nAttend key industry events and build a strong network of advocates and partners to drive inbound and referral pipelines.\nRequired Qualifications:\n6+ years of Enterprise Software/SaaS sales experience, with a documented track record of exceeding sales quotas.\nA True Hunter Mindset: A proven history of securing new business logos from scratch, rather than managing established, mature accounts.\nComplex Deal Navigation: Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving IT, InfoSec, Compliance, and Business Procurement.\nSuperb Command: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, with the gravitas to influence C-level executives.\nVertical Expertise: Deep, existing relationships and experience selling technology solutions directly into financial market institutions\nUnderstanding of financial market, trader voice, compliance regulations\nFluency in English and an additional Asian language (e.g. Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese etc)\nCompensation:\nSalary Range: SGD 125,000 - 155,000 base salary per year \nSales Commission Plan\nBenefits and Perks:\nRegional specific competitive benefits\nBuild your own Benefits (BYOB) perk\nLocal events, team building, and development opportunities \nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
