join us?\nLead the delivery of complex software projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and objectives are consistently met.\nPlan and manage projects end-to-end, including schedules, budgets, and progress tracking.\nGuide and support team members through coaching, feedback, and performance optimization.\nAct as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.\nMonitor risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.\nEnsure high-quality delivery by following best practices and established QA processes.\nManage project budgets and track financial performance against KPIs.\nIdentify opportunities for growth while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.\nThere are some requirements that will make you stand out:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.\nPMP certification (or equivalent) is a strong plus.\n6+ years of experience in managing software development projects.\nProven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.\nExperience in identifying and driving AI-related opportunities, with understanding of AI delivery best
