You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, enhance data literacy, and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.\nWhat would be your responsibilities if you join us?\nDesign and implement data strategies aligned with business goals, assessing current infrastructure and identifying optimization opportunities.\nCollaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable data initiatives and insights.\nDefine and enforce data governance frameworks, ensuring quality, security, and regulatory compliance.\nRecommend and oversee adoption of data technologies and platforms, supporting scalable architectures and advanced analytics (AI, ML, predictive models).\nPartner with teams to interpret data, uncover trends, and foster data-driven decision-making.\nPromote data literacy, provide training, and support change management for adoption of new data practices and technologies.\nThere are some requirements that will make you stand out:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nMinimum 10-12 years of professional experience in Data Engineering.\nExpertise in developing comprehensive and actionable data strategies and frameworks.\nStrong knowledge of data governance, compliance standards, and data quality management.\nAbility to analyze, interpret, and present complex data in a business-friendly manner.\nProficiency with modern data platforms, tools, and big data ecosystems.\nSkilled in managing data-focused projects and leading cross-functional teams.\nUnderstanding of advanced analytics techniques, including AI, machine learning, and predictive modelling.\nYou will easily fit into
