would be your responsibilities if you join us?\nDrive the end-to-end design process for major software projects, from ideation to final implementation.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and reusability across products.\nCreate intuitive user interfaces, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive experiences that enhance usability.\nConduct in-depth user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions and uncover user needs.\nAdvocate for user-centered design principles, accessibility best practices, and business value alignment in all solutions.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to define product vision, design strategy, and project goals.\nContribute to defining best practices for AI-assisted product work, with a focus on quality, consistency, and thoughtful design decisions (product governance and agentic experience are where Symphony differentiates).\nMentor and coach junior and medior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to elevate team performance.\nAlign with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure seamless design-to-development handoffs.\nApply AI tools and emerging technologies as part of your day-to-day design workflow to improve efficiency and enhance product outcomes\nPromote and actively engage in a culture of continuous improvement by identifying innovative approaches to design challenges.\nThere are some requirements that will make you stand out:\n6+ years of demonstrated success in Product design with a strong portfolio.\nHands-on experience using AI tools such as Figma AI and Claude as part of your daily product design workflow for ideation, iteration, component variations, and UX copy.\nExperience with design systems and component libraries.\nExperience facilitating discussions and workshops with clients, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to drive strategy, vision, and execution.\nStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate design processes, ideas, solutions, and the value of design to teams and clients.\nDemonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills when it comes to design decisions.\nFluent in UX, visual, and modern interactive design best practices.\nIndependent in executing design (desktop and mobile), in
