You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to translate business needs into technical architectures, ensuring quality, performance, and long-term maintainability.\nWhat would be your responsibilities if you join us?\nLead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and efficient architectural solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.\nProvide hands-on technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to development teams, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.\nWork closely with stakeholders, including product owners, delivery managers, and engineering teams, to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical specifications.\nCreate and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, design decisions, and integration guides.\nContinuously analyze and improve existing systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.\nEvaluate and introduce new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance solution quality and development efficiency.\nEstablish and enforce coding standards and architectural principles; perform code reviews and provide actionable feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.\nExplore and introduce emerging technologies, frameworks, and design patterns that improve solution quality and delivery efficiency.\nThere are some requirements that will make you stand out:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\nAn advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly desirable.\nMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture, with a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems.\nProven track record in delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade, or distributed software solutions across multiple domains and technologies.\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP, including architecture design, deployment, and optimization.\nStrong proficiency in software development principles, system integration, and modern architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven, API-first, or domain-driven design).\nPractical experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tools used for cloud provisioning and automation.\nExpertise in .NET, Java, Python or other modern programming languages (experience with multiple languages is an advantage).\nDeep understanding of security, performance, and scalability considerations in solution design.\nDemonstrated ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable strategies.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with a consultative, solution-oriented mindset.\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong sense of ownership and
