your responsibilities if you join us?\nPartner with Symphony clients to craft and deliver digital solutions that unlock new levels of business value\nLead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-level infrastructure solutions.\nDrive the automation of infrastructure and application deployment processes.\nEstablish and track metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of DevOps practices.\nDrive the adoption of new technologies and practices that improve efficiency and reliability.\nTroubleshoot and resolve high-level system issues and incidents.\nEnsure the security, compliance, and reliability of systems.\nProvide technical direction to guide engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.\nRepresent the organisation at industry events and conferences.\nWork closely with executive leadership to align DevOps initiatives with business goals.\nThere are some requirements that will make you stand out:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n8-10 years of experience in DevOps role, with significant experience in leadership\nExpertise in Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline configuration, automation, and best practices\nStrong experience with cloud architecture design and automation, particularly in the Azure ecosystem (e.g., Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, etc.)\nProficiency in Terraform, Bicep and ARM\nExtensive experience with data workflows and pipelines, including ETL processes, data storage, and integration with Azure data services\nAdvanced knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation\nFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics\nStrong understanding of security and compliance standards within cloud environments, especially related to data handling and privacy\nProblem solving, consultant mindset\nExcellent
