Your responsibilities will include : \n\nSystem Development & Ownership : \n\n- Architect and implement multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, and full lifecycle management.\n\n- Lead deployment, monitoring, and hypercare support for enterprise AI solutions.\n\nDesign & Integration : \n\n- Capture design requirements, translate them into user stories, and drive technical design documentation.\n\n- Partner with IT engineering, product, and research teams to integrate LLMs, agentic frameworks, and NVIDIA NeMo/AIQ technologies.\n\n- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise IT and operations data sources, prioritizing content security.\n\nArchitecture & Scalability : \n\n- Drive architectural decisions across deployment models (on-prem, cloud, hybrid, containerized).\n\n- Deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient AI solutions for mission-critical supply chain operations.\n\nAgentic AI Innovation : \n\n- Define agent autonomy boundaries, human-in-the-loop workflows, and escalation strategies.\n\n- Design and implement observability frameworks to evaluate latency, accuracy, cost, failure modes, and hallucination risks.\n\nLeadership & Collaboration : \n\n- Lead technical design reviews and mentor development teams.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.\n\nWhat We Need to See : \n\n- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).\n\n- 12+ years of experience in software architecture, systems design, or enterprise platform engineering.\n\n- Strong hands-on expertise in Python for production-grade AI systems;
