As an ERP Consultant, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop both your technical and business skills, within a dynamic implementation specialist team and receive adequate training, coaching, and mentoring to develop your career expectations. \n\nKey Responsibilities \n\nAnalysis of customer needs & consulting services to ERP projects \n\nInstallation, customization, and training services on customer site \n\nProvision of solutions and problem solving in respect to software \n\nCommunicating and collaborating effectively with partners, team members and clients \n\nContinuing SoftOne education Certifications \n\nDesired Skills and Experience \n\nΜore than 1-2 years working experience in ERP software applications and good knowledge of business processes and ERP development tools\n\nExperience in Reporting Tools (crystal reports) or/ and in Microsoft Office applications and SQL database management systems will be considered as an asset \n\nVery good Windows/Microsoft Knowledge\n\nExcellent organizational, customer service, and follow up skills\n\nAbility to familiarize quickly with the company's technology and processes \n\nPreferred \n\nSoftΟne Certifications\n\nBSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Business Administration or a related field will be appreciated\n\nKnowledge of T-SQL (MS SQL Server)\n\nA proven record of customer support experience is an advantage\n\nUnderstanding basic accounting principles\n\nFurther technical knowledge in Scripting & XML is an advantage \n\nWe offer a very competitive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience, excellent working conditions in a modern working environment, continuous training, and prospects for a real career in ERP Consulting. \n\nSubmitted resumes will be treated with strict confidence. \n\nSynera S.A. is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
