In this role, you collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams (including Engineering and Product) to deliver the best possible software experience for our customers.Your mission\nConduct professional process analysis and clarification of production and logistics workflows at the customer site\nCreate technical and functional concepts (e.g., business data models, interface specifications, process design)\nProvide expert consulting to customers on process improvements\nDocument customer requirements and processes in a structured and comprehensible manner\nManage and structure IT projects, including coordinating milestones and deadlines\nAct as an interface to our Product Owners, internal stakeholders, and product development teams\nConfigure the software on the customer side from a technical perspective\nYour profile\nDegree in mechanical engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field\nKnowledge of logistics and production processes, ideally combined with experience in autonomous systems\nResidence in Germany (candidates must currently live in Germany)\nSolid experience in both functional and technical process analysis\nInitial experience with agile and classical project management\nBusiness-fluent German and English skills\nAbility to identify and solve problems effectively\nTrustworthy and strong communicator\nDetail-oriented and independent working style\nWillingness to travel\nDon't worry if you don’t meet every single requirement!
