We implement both inside regulated financial institutions across MENA and LATAM, and our Delivery team is the function that turns a signed contract into a live, value-generating platform.\nAbout the Role\nThis is a deliberate growth role. As a Junior Project Manager, you will join our global Project Management team and work directly under a Senior Project Manager, supporting several concurrent Konan and Doxter implementations at once. You will learn the craft of enterprise delivery by doing it: keeping plans current, running the rhythm of client meetings, chasing actions to closure, and making sure every stakeholder knows exactly where the project stands.\nYou will start by owning defined workstreams within larger projects, and progressively take on more of the client relationship and delivery ownership as your judgement and product knowledge grow. Within 12 to 18 months, we expect the right person to be ready to own a project end to end as a Project Manager I.\nWe are not hiring for what you know today. We are hiring for structure, ownership, and the drive to grow quickly in a demanding, client-facing environment.\nWhat You Will Do\nProject Coordination & Tracking\nBuild and maintain project plans, milestone trackers, and RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) in ClickUp, our delivery platform, under the direction of your Senior PM.\n\nTrack every action item, decision, and dependency to closure, following up across client and internal teams without needing to be reminded.\n\nKeep project health (RAG status) accurate and current, and flag risks, slippage, and blockers to your Senior PM early, with a clear view of impact and options.\n\nSupport milestone planning and acceptance, including collecting the sign-off evidence required to close a milestone and trigger invoicing.\n\nClient Communication & Meetings\nPrepare agendas, briefing notes, and materials ahead of client calls, workshops, and steering committee meetings.\n\nProduce clear, accurate meeting minutes within 24 hours, with owners and due dates on every action.\n\nJoin client calls from day one, and progressively lead weekly check-ins and working sessions on your own.\n\nDraft weekly status reports and client updates in professional English and Arabic, tailored to both business and IT audiences.\n\nInternal Coordination\nCoordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers, Solutions Architects, Product, QA, and our Konan subject matter experts to keep delivery tasks moving and aligned.\n\nTranslate client requests and context into clear briefs for internal teams, and translate internal updates back to clients in plain business language.\n\nSupport the handoffs that matter most: from Sales into Delivery at kick-off, and from Delivery to Customer Success after go-live.\n\nDocumentation & Delivery Standards\nPrepare and maintain project artefacts including project charters, delivery plans, meeting minutes, UAT and milestone sign-offs, change requests, and handover documents.\n\nKeep all documentation accurate, version-controlled, and stored where the team can find it.\n\nApply our PM playbook, templates, and ways of working consistently, and suggest improvements based on what you see on the ground.\n\nProduct & Domain Learning\nBuild a working understanding of Konan and Doxter capabilities and how they map to client needs such as loan origination, onboarding, and credit policy automation.\n\nDevelop a practical understanding of how banks and lenders operate: credit products, underwriting, risk policy, compliance, and the role of IT and InfoSec in a regulated environment.\n\nRequirements\nWe are looking for raw ingredients rather than a finished product: someone organised, precise, and relentlessly reliable, who takes ownership of their work and is hungry to grow into a full Project Manager.\nBackground & Experience\n0 to 2 years of professional experience in a structured, client-facing, or coordination role. Internships, graduate programmes, consulting, PMO, operations, or project coordination roles all count.\n\nA degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred, but we care more about how you think and work than what you studied.\n\nAny exposure to banking, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software environments is a meaningful advantage.\n\nOrganisation & Execution\nHighly organised and disciplined: able to manage many moving parts across several projects without dropping anything.\n\nStrong attention to detail. In this role, a missed action or an inaccurate minute has real consequences for the client and for us.\n\nTakes initiative: sees what needs doing and does it, rather than waiting to be told.\n\nComfortable with pace, shifting priorities, and ambiguity.\n\nCommunication\nFull professional fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken). This is mandatory.\n\nClear, concise, well-structured writing; able to produce minutes, updates, and documents that need little editing.\n\nConfident and composed in client meetings, even when not leading them yet.\n\nCritical Thinking\nAble to break a messy situation into clear, ordered next steps.\n\nAsks good questions early to surface assumptions, risks, and hidden dependencies.\n\nChecks their own work and does not stop at a surface-level understanding.\n\nNice to Have\nCAPM, Google Project Management Certificate, or a similar entry-level project management certification.\n\nHands-on experience with ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Notion, or a similar tool.\n\nStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills.\n\nInterest in AI and its applications in financial services.\n\nWhat We Value\nWe are building the foundation of a global delivery team, and we hire for character as much as capability.
