This is a hands-on individual contributor role working closely with Network Engineering, Infrastructure, SRE, and Operations teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Build and support integrations between the Network AIOps platform and network/infrastructure data sources including telemetry, alerts, events, logs, incidents, and topology data.\n\n- Develop and maintain ingestion pipelines, data normalization, enrichment, transformation, event correlation, and operational intelligence workflows.\n\n- Integrate data sources from routers, switches, firewalls, controllers, cloud networking environments, and monitoring platforms.\n\n- Build automation, APIs, scripts, and platform services to improve reliability, data quality, scalability, and operational efficiency.\n\n- Support use cases including incident triage, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, event correlation, and service-impact analysis.\n\n- Improve platform observability through dashboards, alerting, health checks, tracing, and diagnostics.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex application, infrastructure, network, data-flow, integration, and production issues.\n\n- Contribute to architecture/design, platform upgrades, release validation, environment management, CI/CD, testing, and secure engineering practices.\n\n- Develop maintainable code, Python/scripts, REST APIs, and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.\n\n- Participate in production/on-call support and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, workflows, and integration procedures.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Systems Engineering in production environments.\n\n- Strong programming/scripting experience in Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript.\n\n- Experience with data integrations, APIs, event processing pipelines, and automation.\n\n- Strong networking fundamentals: Routing, Switching, DNS, Load Balancing, Firewalls, VPNs, and Network Monitoring.\n\n- Hands-on experience with network telemetry/observability data such as SNMP, Syslog, Traps, Streaming Telemetry, Metrics, Events, Logs, Traces, and API-based operational data.\n\n- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and modern infrastructure environments.\n\n- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.\n\n- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex production/integration issues.\n\n- Understanding of CI/CD, testing, release management, and secure engineering practices.\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- Experience with Network AIOps, AI Operations, Event Intelligence, or Network Observability platforms.\n\n- Experience integrating Monitoring Tools, ITSM, CMDB, Topology, Ticketing, and Incident/Event Management systems.\n\n- Knowledge of data parsing, enrichment, correlation logic, and streaming/event-driven architectures.\n\n- Exposure to ML-assisted operations, anomaly detection, and operational analytics.\n\n- Experience with Terraform, REST APIs, Python automation frameworks, and Infrastructure-as-Code.\n\n- Familiarity with Linux, Message Queues, JSON/YAML, authentication and integration patterns.\n\n- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise/service-provider network
