Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of backend development experience with a strong focus on Python or Golang.
  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling distributed systems and microservices.
  • Strong background in performance optimization, concurrency models, and multi-threading.
  • Hands-on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching systems, and streaming/messaging platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Proficiency with containerization, orchestration, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience in designing secure, resilient systems that operate in high-availability environments.
  • Track record of successfully leading complex technical projects or initiatives.
  • Experience leveraging AI for software development is highly valued. This includes the practical application of agentic coding, context engineering for LLMs, and using AI to enhance system architecture.
  • Strong technical leadership, with the ability to influence across multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance hands-on coding with strategic architectural thinking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Passion for engineering culture, continuous improvement, and developer productivity.
